Call him brash, arrogant, shameless, or even cocky.  You have to admit, Chad Ochocinco is entertaining at least 85% of the time.

If you caught any of HBO's Hard Knocks, Ochocinco joked about releasing his own brand of condoms. The picture to the left is a prototype he recently posted to his Twitter account (click on it to blow it up for more detail). 

I must say, the packaging is rather festive, and the cabana hat is a nice touch.  And with a smirk like that... how could you resist??
